Hughes is a 14.5" mixed brown plush Charlie bear. He has sculptured paws, a hand stitched nose and wears a bow around his neck. Hughes is one of the Tinkler bears which has a jingle bell that gently chimes when moved. His bear family are Griffiths and Howarth.
